If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your Express Pods products, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return, replacement or refund.
If you have ordered the wrong pods or you are not happy with the taste of our pods, we will send you a return label and exchange or refund your order once the pods have been returned to us.

If you are using a freight forwarder to ship internationally, please note that we are not responsible for the pods once they have left Australia. Our refund and returns policy only covers your order during it's transit within Australia via Australia Post. Once your order arrives at it's Australian delivery location and is transitioned to a freight forwardor any damages or delivery issues that occur are no longer covered by us.
