Espresso
The original, it puts hair on your chest and is great for waking you up in the morning or enjoying in the afternoon. If you just love the taste of coffee and don't want milk or additional water then this is where to start.
Preparation:
- Prepare your coffee pod of choice ( 1 x short shot - 40ml) into an espresso glass/cup

Long Black
For those who like the caffeine boost of a double espresso but find the taste too strong, the Long Black is for you. You can add as much or as little water to get the right taste for you.
Preparation:
- Fill your mug to 2/3 with boiling or hot water (around 180ml)
- Prepare two pods of your choice (2 x short shot - 40ml) into the mug, giving a nice golden crema.
Optional: Add cold water or milk to taste

- approx 180 ml of water

Flat White
The Aussie or New Zealand invention (depending on who you speak to) is a staple in all Australian Cafés. If you are after a Flat White, you need to know how to get 'microfoam'. This is done by texturing the milk and swirling it with the steaming wand. The Aerocino frother does this without the whisk insert. Due to the delicate nature of 'microfoam' you shouldn't overheat the milk.
Preparation:
- Prepare your coffee pod of choice ( 1 x short shot - 40ml) in a coffee cup.
- Use the Nespresso machine steam nozzle or the Aeroccino milk frother to froth 120-150ml of milk. Be sure to texture the milk and not let it get too hot.
- Swirl the milk to prevent it from separating and add the milk to the cup
- The milk should make the coffee sweet enough, however, if you are a sweet tooth you can add sugar to taste.

- approx 150ml of cold milk

Cappuccino
The infamous cappuccino remains as possibly the most renowned form of coffee in the world. Become the crème de la crème by indulging in the heavyweight of milk-based coffee.
Preparation:
- Prepare your coffee pod of choice ( 1 x short shot - 40ml) into a cappuccino glass or mug.
- Froth the milk using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother.
- Add the frothed milk into the glass. You’re aiming to get one-third of your cup as espresso, one-third is milk and one-third froth/foam (usually 1-2cm of froth/foam)
- Add sugar to taste.
Optional - sprinkle a touch of cocoa/chocolate powder on top

Latte
Bring the café to you with the classic Latte, requiring nothing but hot milk and the finest quality espresso. Beware, it’s a much fuller and milkier blend than a Cappuccino. Enjoy served hot or cold with a hint of froth on the top for good measure.
Preparation:
- Prepare your coffee pod of choice ( 1 x short shot - 40ml) into a latte glass.
- Use the Nespresso machine steam nozzle or the Aeroccino milk frother to froth 200ml of milk
- Add the milk to the latte glass, aiming for around 1cm of froth/foam
- Add sugar to taste
Ingredients:
- 1 x Podista coffee pod
- approx 200ml of cold milk

Macchiato
The Macchiato is bold, rich, and straight to the point. Enjoy this pack-a-punch inspired espresso with a small amount of milk froth/foam to enjoy a rich, full flavour. Don’t drink it all in one sip.
Preparation:
- Prepare your coffee pod of choice ( 1 x short shot - 40ml) into an espresso cup.
- Froth 20ml of milk using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother.
- Add the milk froth/foam on top of the Espresso giving the coffee a nice head.
Optional: Add a light dusting of cocoa/chocolate powder for decoration
Ingredients:
- 1 x Podista coffee pod
- 20ml of cold milk

Mocha
Is there any better combination in this world than coffee and chocolate? If so, we don’t want to know about it. This is the perfect drink for a sweet tooth or chocoholic.
Preparation:
- Pour 8g of cocoa powder or drinking chocolate onto the bottom of a Cappuccino glass/mug
- Prepare your Espresso of choice (40ml /15 oz) into the glass/mug
- Mix the cocoa and coffee together
- Use the Nespresso machine steam nozzle or the Aeroccino milk frother to froth 90ml of milk.
- Pour this into the coffee giving you 1-2cm of froth
- Sprinkle cocoa/chocolate powder on top for decoration
Ingredients:
- 1 x Podista coffee pod
- 70ml of cold milk\
- 1 x Smooth and Creamy Nespresso hot chocolate pods or
- 8g of cocoa powder/drinking chocolate or chocolate shavings
Optional: Add whip cream on top to make it a delectable dessert.
